John R. Goss, Jr. relocated to Florida from New Jersey in the mid 1980’s, when transferred by his employer, one of the largest banks in the Northeast; with the task of establishing a presence in the Florida market.

John built a banking network of 42 retail branches throughout Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties, along with creating 2 mortgage generating and processing centers.

After his successful banking career of 23 years, he relocated to Orlando in 2001, beginning a new career in Real Estate. Here he specializes in the acquisition of vacant land, along with the sale and purchase of Restaurant operations.

John was instrumental in the purchase and sale of over $25 million in vacant land, and an additional $3 million in assorted properties.

For these efforts, John earned The Hallmark Award for Top Vacant Land Sales from Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society (CSCRES) and Prudential Florida WCI Realty’s Platinum Service Award and The President’s Circle.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

He is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA), Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM), Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society (CFCRES), Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA), and Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB).
